PRJSC "Zaporizhskloflus" disposed of sufficient number of the competent specialists having a large potential, permitting to decide technological problems of any complication and operatively to react to necessity of modern production and market.

In last some years at the plant are run in about 30 aspects of new commodity emitted on know-hows, on the basis of the off-the-shelf elaborations, announced on the patent and that considerably has increased its competitive strength.

Most progressive for today method of welding fluxes melt, including pumice-looking ones - method of dual refinement of the fluxes melt - was possible to construct and to insert by factory-workers in commonwealth with the scientists of Institute of Electric Welding named after E. Paton NAS of Ukraine.
